Conditions
The prices are indicative per apartment per day, for the standard occupation and a minimum stay of 7 nights. Extra charge of 20,00€ for additional bed. (25,00€ in the Christmas of Ferragosto period). The price includes bedlinen and towels, water, gas and energy, WIFI, privat parking and the final cleaning.
We remind you that a 'temporary visitor' tax of 2,30€ per person and night, (over 14 years) will be levied on all stays in accommodation establishments.
For a fix reservation we ask a deposit (30% of the total price).

The final payment of your vacation will be settled in the evening before departure day.
You can also pay with bancomat or credit cards. We do not accept AmericanExpress or DinersClub.
In case of a prior departure or a later arrival the price is calculated as agreed through reservation.
Travel cancellation in accordante with Art. 1382 ZGB
At least 30 days before the agreed day of arrival the hotel contract can be cancelled without a cancellation fee. The cancellation must be made in writing.
In the case of cancellation off less than 30 days until 14 days before the day of arrival, 50% of the agreed price will be charged.In the case of cancellation between 14 days before the day of arrival, 100% of the agreed total price will be charged.
Check-in after 4 pm (sunday after 7 pm), check-out before 9.00 am.
Pets are welcome with an extra charge of Euro 17.00 per day.
Please don't smoke in the apartements.
