One of the main ingredients of a holiday in Alta Badia is surely the local cuisine. At our farmhouse you can taste the best Ladin and Tyrolean specialties. They are traditionally based on genuine local products, which we use to prepare your dishes.
Dumplings with goulash, barley soup, Italian pasta with game ragout are just some of the specialties that we offer to our guests. We serve you on our sunny terrace or in our traditional Stube. We also recommend you to taste our homemade juices and jams and beer and wine from South Tyrol.
Our specialty are grilled meat dishes. Every day we offer meat dishes of Angus meat from our farm, which is soft and rich of omega 3.
